Request a compliance check
Tell us about your operation and what prompted the enquiry. You will get a straight answer about whether you need a full review, a single service, or nothing at all.
Every enquiry goes to Ken directly.
There is no sales team. The person who reads your message is the person who would do the work, which means the first reply is usually a real answer rather than a request to book a call about booking a call.

Already have an audit notice?
Put the date in your first message. Work with a deadline is prioritised and scoped differently, and knowing the date changes what gets recommended.

Common questions
How quickly will I hear back?
Enquiries go straight to Ken, not to a queue. Expect a reply within one business day. If you have an audit notice with a date on it, say so in the subject line and it moves to the front.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The scope call exists so both sides can work out whether there is a job here. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need to hire anyone, and you will be told that.
What should I have ready?
Fleet size and vehicle types, whether you are provincially or federally regulated, your current safety fitness rating if you know it, and whether anything specific prompted the call. A recent copy of your carrier profile helps but is not required.
Do you work outside Alberta?
First Call is an Alberta practice, and the certifications behind it are Alberta certifications. Carriers based elsewhere but operating into Alberta can still get useful help, so ask.
Your first call towards ongoing safety.
Independent NSC auditing and compliance support for commercial carriers across Alberta.
